ROW 15: Sc next st, fasten off.
-Make 2 in Lavender, 2 in Pink and 2 in Blue.
FINISHING:
Cut a 2” X 5” pieces of cardboard. Hold all 4 colors of the ribbons tog, wrap around cardboard 15 times. Cut ribbons. With a small piece of ribbon (any color) slide tassel off cardboard and knot tightly at top. Measure down 1\2” from knot and tightly wrap tassel around and around at this point and knot off. Cut ends of ribbon at bottom of tassel. Glue top of tassel inside bodice. Glue skirt petals around tassel at waist and alternating colors. Glue roses to top and bottom of ea skirt petal, again alternating color. Last, thread a piece of ribbon through the hanger at top of head and knot.
