MATERIALS NEEDED: 2- 1.75 OZ. BALLS Blue Royale size 3 thread, 1.75 oz. ball Vanilla Royale size 3 thread, size E hook or hook to obtain gauge, 58 mm porcelain doll head with arms, threads to matching yarns, needle for thread, 2 small snaps, small amount of stuffing, craft glue, 15” of 3\4” wide ribbon to match Vanilla yarn, 7 ribbon flowers to match Vanilla yarn, small amount stain material, and a small amount of potpourri.
GAUGE: 8 (sc, dc) st combination = 1", 6 rows of st combination = 1"
TORSO:
RND 1: With Blue and E hook ch-20, sl st to form a ring, ch-1, *sc next ch, dc next ch, rep from * around, sl st top beg sc, ch-1, turn. (20 sts)
RND 2: Working in back lps now, *sc in next dc, dc in next sc, rep from * around, sl st top beg sc, ch-1, turn.
RND 3: Working in front lps now, *sc in next dc, dc in next sc, rep from * around, sl st top beg sc, ch-1, turn.
RND 4: Working in both lps now, *sc next dc, dc next sc, rep from * around, sl st top beg sc, ch-1, turn.
RND 5: (Sc next dc, dc next sc) twice, (sc, dc) next 2 sts, (sc next dc, dc next sc) 4 times, (sc, dc) next 2 sts, (sc next dc, dc next sc) twice, sl st top beg sc, ch-1, turn. (24 sts)
RND 6-8: *Sc next dc, dc next sc, rep from * around, sl st top beg sc, ch-1, turn.
RND 9: *(Sc in next dc, dc in next sc) 3 times*, sc next dc, (dc, sc) next 4 sts, dc next sc, sc in next dc, (dc, sc) next 4 sts, dc in next sc, rep bet **, sl st top beg sc, ch-1, turn. (32 sts)
RND 10: *Sc next dc, dc next st, rep from * around, sl st top beg sc, ch-1, turn.
RND 11: *(Sc next dc, dc next sc) 3 times*, sc next dc, (dc dec next 2 sts, sc next st) 6 times, dc next sc, rep bet **, sl st top beg sc, ch-1, turn. (26 sts)
RND 12-15: *Sc next st, dc next st, rep from * around, sl st top beg sc, ch-1, turn. Fasten off at the end or rnd 15.
Fit head in top of torso so shoulder edges are even with edges of rnd 15. Glue in place.
TORSO BOTTOM:
With blue and E hook ch-4, sl st to form a ring, ch-1, work 10 sc in ring, sl st top beg sc, fasten off. (10 sts)
Stuff torso and sew on bottom with matching thread.
ARMS (MAKE TWO):
RND 1: With blue and E hook ch-24, sl st to from a ring, ch-1, *sc next ch, dc next ch, rep from * around, sl st top
