RND 22: (Sc dec next 2 sts, sc next 2 sts) around, sl st top beg sc, ch-1, turn. (18 sts)
RND 23-25: Rep rnd 9.
RND 26: (2 sc next st, sc next st) around, sl st top beg sc, ch-1, turn. (27 sts)
RND 27: (2 sc next st, sc next 2 sts) around, sl st top beg sc, ch-1, turn. (36 sts)
RND 28-46: Rep rnd 9. At the end or rnd 46 fasten off.
BASE:
With Kitty Hawk and H hook ch-3, sl st to form a ring.
RND 1: Ch-1, work 8 sc in ring, sl st top beg sc, ch-1, turn. (8 sts)

With needle and yarn sew base to bottom of snow woman after stuffing.
ARM (MAKE TWO):
RND 1: With white yarn and H hook ch-5, hdc 2 nd ch from hook, 2 dc next 2 ch, hdc last ch, ch-5, sl st bottom beg hdc, turn. (6 sts + 5 ch)
RND 2: Ch-1, work sc in bottom ea foundation ch and ch around, sl st top beg sc, ch-1, turn. (9 sts)

RND 10-12: Sk 1 st st, sc ea st around, sl st top beg sc, ch-1, turn. (8 sts)(7 sts)(6 sts)

Stuff slightly and sew to Snow woman at shoulders.
BOTTOM EDGING:
ROW 1: With Kitty Hawk and h hook ch-34, sc 2 nd ch from hook, * ch-3, sc next ch *, rep bet ** across, ch-1, turn.
ROW 2: Sl st next ch lp, ch-1, sc same lp, * ch-3, sc next lp *, across, ch-1, turn.
ROW 3: Sl st next ch lp, ch-1, sc same lp, *(sc, ch-3, sc, ch-5, sc, ch-3, sc) next lp, sc next 2 lps *, rep bet ** across ending with sc next lp, fasten off.
Sew to bottom of dress.
