With yarn and hook rep row 1-39 of Front. Fasten off end row 39.
With yarn and needle sew front and back tog at sides.
TOP EDGING:
With White and hook evenly sc ea st and row around top edge of tank top working 3 sc in top ea point, sl st top beg sc, fasten off.
STRAPS:
Place top on person it is for and cut two lengths of ribbon that will comfortable go from front to back and sew to tank top. Or you could buy a set of lingerie straps slides and rings usually found in the notions area at most fabric store, then follow package directions.
