MATERIALS NEEDED:
1-1\2 skeins TLC Amore Baby in White, 36” of 1\4” wide white ribbon, needle to take yarn, size H crochet hook or size to obtain gauge, two 3\4” buckles, two 3\4” rings, sewing needle and sewing thread.
GAUGE: H hook: 5 sts = 1-1\2”, 4 rows = 1-1\2”.  J hook: 4 sts = 1-1\2”, 4 rows = 1”.  K hook: 3 sts = 1”, 3 rows = 1”.
FINISHED SIZE: H hook: 36”.  J hook: 38” and 2 skeins yarn.  K hook: 40” and 2-1\2 skeins yarn.

FRONT:
ROW 1: With White and hook ch-61, sc 2nd ch from hook, (dc next ch, sc next ch) across to last ch, dc last ch, ch-1, turn.  (60 sts)

ROW 2-39: (Sc next st, dc next st) across, ch-1, turn.

ROW 40: Sl st next 8 sts, sk next st, sc next, dc dec next 2, (sc next st, dc next st) 18 times, sk next, sc next, dc dec next 2, leaver remaining sts unworked, ch-1, turn.  (40 sts)
ROW 41: Sk 1st st, sc next, dc dec next 2, (sc next st, dc next st) 16 times, sk next st, sc next, dc dec last 2 sts, ch-1, turn.  (36 sts)
ROW 42: (Sc next st, dc next st) 6 times, sl st next 12 sts, rep bet () 6 times, ch-1, turn.  (24 sts)
ROW 43: (Sc next st, dc next st) 6 times, leave remaining sts unworked, ch-1, turn.  (12 sts)
