Alligator with Slinky Free Crochet Pattern
MATERIALS:
1 Skein Red Heart 4 ply yarn in Spring Green, small amount in Hunter Green, needle to take yarn, size H crochet hook or hook needed to obtain gauge, small amount of stuffing, four 1” wooden beads, two 1\2” wiggle eyes and one plastic original Slinky Jr.
GAUGE: 4 hdc sts = 1”, 3 rows hdc = 1”
FINISHED SIZE: 10” nose to tail. Stands 5-1\2” tall.
LARGE ROUNDS FOR BODY:
With Spring Green and H hook ch-3, sl st to form a ring.
RND 1: Ch-1, work 12 hdc in ring, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn. (12 sts)
RND 2-3: (2 hdc next st, hdc next st) around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn. (18 sts)(27 sts)
RND 4: (2 sc next st, sc next 2 sts) around, sl st top beg sc, fasten off. (36 sts)

END ROUNDS:
With Spring Green and H hook rep rnd 1-3 of lg rnds, end rnd 3 fasten off.
