ROW 19-20: Rep row 6.
ROW 21: Dc next 4 sts, (2 dc, dc next 12) 5 times, ch-3, turn. (75)
ROW 22-31: Rep row 6. At the end of row 31 fasten off.
With Yellow Shades thread and needle, count up 3 rows from the bottom, from a pleat with the next three rows and hand sew across eight sts inward from the edge along the right side of apron. Count up another 3 rows and repeat pleat two more times. Do the same for the other side. Sew apron to the bottom front of bodice.
With 7 hook and Yellow Shades thread, join in corner of pleated side, ch-1, sc same st as ch-1, even work sc across side picking up the rows in pleated apron as well, fasten off. Rep other side.
Sew to bodice front just above skirt.
VEST FRONT (MAKE TWO):
ROW 1: With Jade thread and 7 hook ch-5, sc 2nd ch from hook, dc next ch, sc next ch, dc last ch, ch-1, turn. (4 sts)
ROW 2-10: sc ea dc, dc ea sc, across, ch-1, turn.
ROW 11: (Sc then dc same st) twice, sc ea dc, dc ea sc across, ch-1, turn. (6 sts)
ROW 12-17: Sc ea dc, dc ea sc across, ch-1, turn. At end of row 17 fasten off.
VEST BACK:
ROW 1: With Jade thread and 7 hook, ch-21, sc 2nd ch from hook, dc next ch, (sc next, dc next) across, ch-1, turn. (20 sts)
ROW 2: Sc ea dc, dc ea sc across, ch-1, turn.
ROW 3: *Sc ea dc, dc ea sc next 9 sts*, (sc, dc next st) twice, rep between * *, ch-1, turn. (22 sts)
ROW 4-5: Rep row 2.
ROW 6: * Sc ea dc, dc ea sc next 10 sts*, (sc, dc next st) twice, rep between * *, ch-1, turn. (24 sts)
ROW 7: Rep row 2.
ROW 8: *Sk next st, sc next st, dc dec next 2 sts*, sc ea dc, dc ea sc to last 4 sts, rep between * *, ch-1, turn. (22 sts)
ROW 9-11: Rep row 2.
