RND 8: (Hdc dec next 2 sts, hdc next st) around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn. (12 sts)
RND 9: (Hdc dec next 2 sts) around, sl st top beg hdc, fasten off.
-Make 3. With Black fabric paint draw on face for each pumpkin. Let completely dry. Cut three 4” pieces of green ribbon. Knot 1 end of ribbon and pull through the pumpkin from the bottom to the top. Knot ribbon to waist of skirt, centering and placing at different heights.
CAPE:
ROW 1: With Black and 7 hook ch-16, 2 hdc 3 rd ch from hook, hdc next 12 ch, 2 hdc last ch, ch-1, turn. (16 sts)
ROW 2: (2 hdc next st, hdc next st) across, ch-1, turn. (24 sts)
ROW 3-4: 2 hdc 1st st, hdc ea st across to last st, 2 hdc last st, ch-1, turn. (26 sts)(28 sts)
ROW 5: (2 hdc next st, hdc next 3 sts) across, ch-1, turn. (35 sts)
ROW 6-13: Hdc ea st across, ch-1, turn. End row 13 fasten off.
CAPE’S COLLAR:
With Black and 7 hook rep row 1 of cape.
ROW 2-4: 2 hdc 1st st, hdc ea st across to last st, 2 hdc last st, ch-1, turn. End row 4 fasten off. (18 sts)(20 sts)(22 sts)
Sew to row 1 of cape.
CAPE TAB:
ROW 1: With Black and 7 hook ch-4, hdc 3 rd ch from hook, hdc last ch, ch-1, turn. (2 sts)
ROW 2-25: Hdc ea st across, ch-1, turn. End row 25 fasten off.
Center tab along back of collar where sewn to cape. Sew to both cape and collar. Sew small snap at ends.
CAPE POINT:
With Black and 7 hook rep 1-4 of skirt points. Fasten off end row 4.
-Make 12. Sew along bottom edge of cape.
