Sew snap to back opening of stripe skirt.
BELT:
ROW 1: With White and 7 hook ch-4, hdc 3 rd ch from hook, hdc last ch, ch-1, turn. (2 sts)
ROW 2: Hdc ea st across, join Red, fasten off White, ch-1, turn.
ROW 3: Hdc ea st across, ch-1, turn.
ROW 4: Hdc ea st across, join White, fasten off Red, ch-1, turn.
ROW 5: Hdc ea st across, ch-1, turn.
ROW 6-29: Rep row 2-5.
ROW 30: Rep row 2.
ROW 31: Hdc ea st across, fasten off.
Sew around waist of red dress.
COLLAR:
ROW 1: With White and 7 hook ch-2, sc 2 nd ch from hook, ch-1, turn. (1 st)
ROW 2-17: Sc, ch-1, turn. End row 17 fasten off.
BIB ON COLLAR:
ROW 1: with White and 7 hook count over end of 5 rows on collar, join next st, ch-1, hdc same st as beg ch-1, hdc next 6 rows, leave remaining rows unworked, ch-1, turn. (7 sts)
ROW 2-6: Hdc ea st across, ch-1, turn. End row 6 fasten off.
EDGING FOR COLLAR\BIB:
ROW 1: With White and 7 hook join in end row on bib, ch-3, work 2 dc same st as beg ch-3, even work 3 dc in end ea row and st around bib, turn.
ROW 2: (Ch-3, sl st next st, ch-4, sl st next st) across, fasten off.
CENTER RUFFLE FOR COLLAR\BIB:
RND 1: With White and 7 hook ch-6, hdc 3 rd ch from hook, hdc next 2 ch, 3 hdc last ch, turn so you are now working across the bottom of the foundation ch (in bottom of sts just made) hdc next 2, 2 hdc last, sl st top beg hdc, turn. (10 sts)
RND 2: Ch-3, work 3 dc in ea st around, sl st top beg ch-3, turn.
RND 3: (Ch-3, sl st next st, ch-4, sl st next st) around, fasten off.
Sew to center of bib. Either sew a snap at ea end of collar or sew around bear’s neck.
