With Red and H hook ch-3, sl st to form a ring.

RND 2: (2 Bk Lp sc next st, Bk lp sc next st) around, sl st top beg sc, ch-1, turn. (15 sts)
RND 3-4: Bk Lp sc ea st around, sl st top beg sc, ch-1, turn. End rnd 4 fasten off.
-Make 2. Sew one to ea side of head, centering.
NECK:
RND 1: With Red and H hook ch-20, sl st to form a ring, ch-1, sc ea ch around, sl st top beg sc, ch-1, turn. (20 sts)
RND 2-3: Bk Lp sc ea st around, sl st top beg sc, ch-1, turn. End rnd 3 fasten off.
Sew to center bottom of head.

You will need 24 pop tabs for ea side.
