How To Add Color Using  A Pop Corn Stitch

As you can see adding color to your pop corns stitches cause them to stand out dramatically

There are 2 different methods when adding color to your pop corns stitch.  As you can see above the color is added and worked behind the stitches to the end of the row causing some of it to peak through the stitches.

Or you can fasten off, leaving the ends of the color to the back of you work then pick up your background color and continue with your stitches.  You go back when you are done, pick up the 2 ends from your pop corn stitch and then tie them into a knot and trim the end.
I prefer this method.  I dislike the “shadow” of color left from working your color ends in.
