Bernat Baby Softee yarn in Lemon, size 10 crochet thread in Red, Black & White, size F & 7 crochet hooks or hooks to obtain gauge, needle to take yarn, stuffing, craft glue and 8 plastic springs.
GAUGE: 4 hdc sts = 1”, 3 rows hdc = 1”
FINISHED SIZE: 3” tall X 6” long
BODY:
With Lemon yarn and F hook ch-3, sl st to form a ring.
RND 1: Ch-1, work 12 hdc in ring, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn. (12 sts)
RND 2-3: (2 hdc next st, hdc next st) around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn. (18 sts)(27 sts)
RND 4-13: Hdc ea st around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn.
RND 14-15: (Hdc dec next 2 sts, hdc next st) around, sl st top beg hdc, ch-1, turn. (18 sts)(12 sts)
Stuff body.
RND 16: (Hdc dec next 2 sts) around, sl st top beg hdc, fasten off. (6 sts)
LEGS:
