ROW 1: With White and H hook ch-7, sc 2nd ch from hook, sc ea ch across, join Scarlet, fasten off White, ch-1, turn.
ROW 2-9: Sc ea st across, ch-1, turn. End row 9 do not turn.
ROW 10: Turn piece so you will be working across the side-in the sides of the rows just made, sc in end of next 3 rows, leave remaining unworked, ch-1, turn. (3 sts)
ROW 11: Sc ea st across, ch-1, turn.
ROW 12: Sk next st, sc next 2 sts, ch-1, turn. (2 sts)
ROW 13: Sk next st, sc next st, fasten off. (1 st)
-Make 3 stockings. Using thread sew the stockings to the front of the gift bag. If you like leave the top of the stockings open so you can insert a bit or candy or other treat.
