Cut a small piece of felt for Santa’s face it just needs to fit between the hat trim and beard, trim to match sides. Layer all the pieces onto the bag and sew in place. Come back with black fabric paint and draw in Santa’s eyes in black and a tiny red dot for his nose. Add blush to the cheeks.
