ROW 20: (Hdc dec next 2 sts) twice, ch-1, turn. (2 sts)
ROW 21: Hdc dec next 2 sts, ch-1, turn. (1 st)
RND 22: Evenly sc ea st and row around working (sc, ch-2, sc) in ea corner and 3 sc in point, sl st top beg sc, fasten off. With needle and yarn sew front to back. With needle and thread sew snap to carrier.
BUTTON:
With Off White and H hook ch-3, sl st to form a ring.
RND 1: ch-1, work 8 sc in ring, sl st top beg sc, ch-1, turn. (8 sts)
RND 2: (Sk next st, sc next st) around, sl st top beg sc, fasten off. (4 sts)
Sew to front point on carrier’s flap.
HANDLE:
With yarn and H hook and leaving long tails, ch-185, fasten off.
-make 1 in Walnut and 2 in Off White. Knot one end of ch lengths tog, braid and knot other end. Sew handle along ea side of carrier.
